When a Service Call is Necessary
Not every type of drain repair or clog can be handled yourself though. Sometimes a professional service call is necessary to avoid further damage to your plumbing. When this is the case, getting a professional to address the issue is necessary. We are proud to offer no contact estimates and repairs to maintain social distance and still offer quality service. To accomplish this, we are implementing the following measures:
- Our team members that have been exposed to the virus are staying at home for fourteen days
- Those team members with symptoms of COVID-19 (coronavirus) will stay home until cleared by their doctor
- We will maintain no less than six feet of distance from others at all times
- All cleaning and handwashing will follow all CDC recommendations

What to Expect When You Call
When calling our office, we will be asking a series of questions. We’ll need to know if anyone in your home has traveled at all either inside or outside of the United States. We will ask you about anyone living in your home as well including the following questions:
- Does anyone in your home have a fever?
- Has anyone in your home been exposed to anyone with COVID-19?
- Has anyone in your home been diagnosed with COVID-19.
Please note that if your home is considered to be high-risk, some of our technicians may decline to enter the home. This is for their health and safety as well. Please know that when we enter your home, all of the above-listed procedures and protocols will be followed to keep you, your family and our team safe and healthy.

Our company continues to prioritize the need to maintain no physical contact for every possible service we provide. Our residential and business drain cleaning and repair services will continue to be available in a way that will ensure no contact whatsoever. We are also able to provide estimates following the same no contact policy. We are also proud to offer the option to pay your bill online with no need to bring a payment.
