OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE! I called S.O.S to come out after I had some sewage backup into my utility room. They had someone out the next day to snake and clear the drain. The tech (Marty) went above and beyond and cleaned up the area where the sewer water had backed up. Definitely exceeded my expectations and will use them again for future needs. I heard about SOS from our local Ace sales associate and I’m glad I called them! Marty did a great job unclogging our kitchen sink. He was courteous and knowledgeable. These guys are terrific!  I had a clogged floor drain in my garage and they showed up promptly, cleared the drain in no time at all.  And they didn't even charge me! I was really disappointed! They came highly recommended!  I had to call a couple of times, they couldn’t tell me if they provided the camera services I needed and would get back to me.  I didn’t hear from them for a couple days so I called back scheduled an appointment.  They gave me a 2 hour window, they failed to come or call. I called and left a message.  A little while later they explained “Something came up  at another job and could not come out that day”.  I said I would call back with options.  When I called back they couldn’t accommodate me until later the next week.  Forget it - I called Quillans
