Technician Jeff was excellent. He called before he arrived. Took off his boots when he came into the house. Got right to work cleaning the drain. He then checked the drain and floor drain two times just to make sure there were no issues. He was prompt, professional, polite and efficient. He also provided additional directions on maintenance to keep the drain open. He was exceptional. Thanks!!!
The service tech was polite and discussed exactly what he needed to do to clear our system!! Worked hard and now it's flowing wonderfully!!!
Wow. We're impressed! Had a backed up kitchen sink on Thanksgiving, about an hour before guests were arriving. Called SOS and within 45 mins had someone at our home. They had the problem resolved within 30 mins after arriving. We highly recommend SOS! Quick response, reasonably priced and great service.

I had slow floor drains in my basement. I called and had excellent service from the very first call. They were prompt, gave me an estimate over the phone, they cleaned out my sewer line and drains and were very reasonable. I have already recommended them to others. I would refer them for sure!
We had our plumbing backing up for two weeks, finally called and got SOS out to assist.. They gave us same day service and were right on time... In under an hour they unclogged our main drain, and gave a quick look over of our septic tank at no extra cost.. truly professional and friendly guys.. And Cody- who answered the phone, was beyond pleasant and helpful with answering my many many questions.. Thank you ALL so much
